Objective of the role: Identifying potential customers & contacting with them on regular basis, with information on the offered services by the company due to promoting sales and marketing objectives of company. List of responsibilities: 1- Negotiating with customers, 2- Interacting with customers, 3- conducting contracts and also following up the performances and activities of them with corporate clients to ensure full adherence to customer service standards and gain customer satisfaction, 4- keeping up to date with advertising and marketing technical issues in order to provide accurate procedures in supporting customers, 5- prepare and conduct company services introduction & total solution for better negotiation with target customers, 6- prepare monthly performance and sales reports to the direct manager, 7- dealing with incoming email, fax and post, 8- producing documents for all the services, sometimes different documents for each service in order to present to different kinds of customers. Reporting to: Managing Director and Strategic Planning Manager. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9A.M till 5 P.M.
Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5 years experience as sales and marketing experts. Specialist knowledge: Familiar with Marketing, Advertising and Communication issues.
