-Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues -Set individual sales targets with sales team -Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel -Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team -Monitor the achievement of sales objectives -Manage the development of sales presentations and proposals -Investigate lost sales and customer accounts -Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue -Develop pricing schedules and rates -Formulate sales policies and procedures -Control expenses and monitor budgets -Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis -Develop promotional ideas and material -Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

Requirements

-BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering, MBA -Excellent numeracy and analytical skills -Strong communication skills -Leadership and strategic management -Gender Preference: Male -Fluent in English
