Job Description

"Sales Coordinator - Analyst" is responsible to provide a variety of support services and coordinate sales-related activities. Sales coordinator contributes to achieving sales targets by acting as an extension of the field sales force. Key Accountabilities -Attending in sales regular meetings in order to gather related data and summarizing the minutes of the meetings -Responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting sales related data and information to increase overall sales productivity -Responsible for preparing accurate management sales reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly sales reports, Sales Team Incentive reports, In Market Sales reports and etc.) -Provide a complete administrative service to sales team to facilitate organizational processes and allow them to concentrate on mainstream activities -Establish and maintain records and filing systems -Handle orders by telephone or email and check that orders include correct prices, discounts and product numbers and the contact information of the customers to resolve any queries -Input orders to the company's system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers' delivery requirements. Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates -Track customers' account balance in close relationship with finance department and report any issue to senior sales managers -Provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow -Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates -Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders

Requirements

-University Degree -Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination -Strong coordination, communication and administrative skills -Good knowledge and understanding of Sales and distribution systems preferably in FMCG industry -Good experience in preparing different types of sales reports -Ability to deliver high standards of customer service -Excellent knowledge of MS Office- Excel -Positive attitude and committed -Fluency in English, both written and oral -Ideal Age: Max 34
