• Explain benefits of products to Sales Person Case by Case • Preparing content to describe products application and benefit for marketing activities • Making solution according customer needs and Technical specification ,collaborating with sales Dep. • Demonstrate how products exceed those of competitors. • Create solutions that solve clients' problems. • Assist clients with installation and questions that arise after product is in use. • Serve as a liaison between the client and their company. • Perform market research and analyse purchasing needs. • Answer sales technical questions and provide advice. • Answering customer calls • Resolving client issues • Preparing documentation Content presentation • Testing and calibrating equipment’s • Training customers / sales person • Assisting maintenance technicians • Visiting client locations • Providing feedback on product development • Research and Development (Applications-Equipment’s-Standard Requirements) • Analyzing Customers Inquiries to find best solutions and related Products • Collaborating with Vendors to offer best possibility and solutions to the customer • Preparing sales and service reports according instructions • Troubleshooting and repair products • creating case following to close it successfully • Archiving Technical Documents • Preparing technical information Presentation • Archiving Related Standards according Applications
