Job Description

Job Purpose: We are looking for an analytical and organized marketing officer who are willing and able to plan and take part in a wide variety of marketing activities that will promote our programs offered in English and Medical sector, to drive key messages to their target audiences through an integrated marketing and communications approach. Responsible for: • Adhere to Corporate Visual Identity as part of the TUMS Brand. • Give advises and proper consultancy to prospects. • execute marketing activities that will support delivery of the business strategy in accordance with the Brand Plan and Project Plan : - Holding branding campaign to form the products image as product identity. - Support points of sale events & activities. - Coordinate with the drop points on transfer of POS material. - Ensure all activities are aligned to the core values thereby ensuring fair treatment of all prospects. • The day to day management of various third party provider services. • Monitor activity performance in terms of volumes, quality & brand perception. • Work closely and supportively with colleagues in Communications, Business Development, Project Delivery & Implementation to ensure effective coordination of efforts. • Maintain and update your own professional expertise and knowledge of all marketing and sales aspects. We are seeking a Sales and Market Research Specialist for an analytical and organized marketing officer who are willing and able to plan and take part in a wide variety of marketing activities that will promote our programs offered in English and Medical sector.

Requirements

We would particularly welcome applicants with the following characteristics: Qualifications, experience and background: - Bachelor's degree or above. - Military service completed/exempted for men - Strong Sales and marketing background Specific knowledge/skills: - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities - Ability of converting connections into sales (Closing the sales) - Advanced in Microsoft Office and use of internet-based applications - Good in English skills (speaking and writing tasks) Personal attributes: - Organized with attention to detail and excellent follow up skills - Proactive, dynamic & solution orientated - Capable to cope with face paced, challenging and changing environment - Flexible and adaptable - Innovative and solutions driven
