Job Description

- Revised sales accounting methods and policies in collaboration with the sales unit. - Review the definition of sales policies in terms of priority and required parameters, define new products in the sales system. - Final approval of the preparation of the representative contradiction form on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis. - Realizing the inventory of warehouses and reporting the difference between the purchase and sale prices to the direct manager - Prepare analytical reports of all processes in the sales accounting unit and provide suggestions for improvement. - Finalize the report of foreign exchange cash receipts from the sales unit. - Examine the reports related to the statistics of products returned to the factory. - Familiar with Hybrid sale & Distribution Channel - Classification and keeping and control all bank checks and financial documents given by customers - supporting documents for Treasury activities - Responsible for maintaining cash and reconcile on weekly - Classification and keeping all the bank guarantee documents, keeping into account cash flow in the company
