Position Intro: Lead the regional Sales Operations network (i/e. direct and/or indirect), the Field Sales team and distributions to deliver agreed objectives within assigned Regions. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate within Integrated Commercial Plan process, support definition of Field Sales Strategy to implement Channel Category and Customers Plans. Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (Net Proceeds of Sales, Real Integral Growth, Trade Spend, Customer Contribution Statement, Demand Plan Accuracy, Numerical & Weighted Distribution etc) for the Region. Implement, follow up and update Regional Field Sales Plan based on the Cycle Plan. Provide quality feedback/input into the Integrated Commercial Plan process for the next planning period. Update and measure performances of the Field Sales Organization Structure within the Region against defined KPIs . Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé Leadership and Management Principles, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations. Collaborate with peers to share best practices within Field Sales, Distributor Management etc., liaise with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Team and Supply Chain to drive regional Field Sales related initiatives. Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports.
- University degree in Business Administration, economics, or any related fields. - 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field. - Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) - Strong leadership skills. - Developed Presentation Skills - Highly developed Communication Skills - Good in impacting and convincing others - Good commands of Microsoft Office tools
