Job Description
Lead & Supervise regional marketing activities for all Sales Channels , Overall accountability for local execution Manage all in-store marketing activities throughout region Design & Lead comprehensive merchandising function in the South Region Execute and Manage regional consumer promotions Implementation of local marketing plans like events, road-shows & etc. Run & Audit regional training programs for all sales experts and floor sales men Plan , Lead and execute all sales improvement projects across the region Manage & Supervise the relevant procedures for well-execution and well-maintaining the standard brand-shop / store identity as per the guideline in the south region
Requirements
MBA preferably in Marketing or other similar fields At least 3 years of related experience Strong presentation skills Able to work under pressure and time constraints Flexible & real team worker Detailed & Possessing high level of ownership Advanced in MS Office Advanced in English Ready to travel for various business purposes Significant leadership with excellent communication skills Ability to create effective relationships , influences and collaborates with dealers and business partners in the region ( externally ) and with all organizational stakeholders
