Job Description

•Main Objective: -To ensure the RAN Department is delivering a high quality UMTS and LTE Radio Network •Main responsibilities: -Ensure that high quality network solutions are delivered against the project schedule in a timely & cost effective manner -Strive to improve efficiency in processes and procedures -Ensure the Optimization team has up to date relevant Guidelines, Processes and Procedures -Ensure the Optimization team follows the Guidelines, Processes and Procedures -Ensure the network quality KPIs for the Unit are met or exceeded -Ensure all decisions and activities within Optimization team are aligned with Planning team rules and decisions -Responsible for Network acceptance, PAC and FAC progress of RAN within a cluster -Ensure the team is motivated and has a high team spirit -Reporting to: RAN Planning and Optimization Manager -Subordinates: Optimization Team -Other interactions: RAN Planning and other Technical teams

Requirements

-University degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, preferably within the area of Telecommunication -Minimum 5 years of 3G mobile network experience from a radio network planning & optimization point of view, and at least 2 years in LTE network -Empowers subordinates by assigning them responsibility and authority by being aware of team members strengths and limitations. Provides open, accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to employees -Able to work under minimal supervision by demonstrating an organizational perspective -Being mentally flexible, to adjust to new information with ease and able to handle multiple tasks -Communicate effectively verbally, in writing or via presentation by putting information accurately, concisely and in a timely manner. Know when to abstract complex information and describe in terms meaningful and relevant to audience -Approach tasks in an organized and professional way and able to determine the best approach and the time required to carry it out. Deliver on time and work equally effectively on multiple tasks when necessary -Confronts problems promptly, directly and takes action after considering the options and the implications. Unbiased approach when solving problems -Develop and maintain a cooperative, effective working relationship with all levels in the organization based on mutual respect, trust and professional competence -Demonstrates a strong desire to see the team achieve its agreed goals. Prepared to support team members and team decisions at expense of own goals -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
