Job Description

- Perform timely and correct tests and inspections required by the product referred to in control plans or other technical documents - Preparing and implementing all QC & QA procedures - Periodic implementation of product admixtures, evaluation of output quality and quality data extraction and analysis. - Periodically implement the process of production and provide suitable solutions for production to reduce or eliminate deflections - Timely implementation of equipment calibration, monitoring, measurement and testing in production and quality control. - Monitoring and measuring the raw materials and the final product. - Perform test and measurements of the product according to the control plan. - Collecting the monitoring information and measuring the product of its analysis. - Measure the capability of production processes and provide appropriate ways to increase the capabilities of machinery. - Implementation of the Statistical Process Control (SPC). - Research to achieve the latest inspection standards and sampling plans for their use in the organization. - Control tools and equipment at specified times and send laboratory tools and equipment for calibration. - Training the production personnel on quality issues. - Find out the lack of conformity in the products. - Provide analytical charting based on the control results and the analytical board of the production hall. - Maintaining effective control tools for product quality. - Care and protection of laboratory equipment and control instruments affecting the quality of the product. - Ensuring legal compliance of all products and conformity with internal and national standards. - Regularly preparing and following reports to management and aligning implementation of corrective and preventive actions
