Job Description

Main responsibilities: • Oversee Sales Operations, sales commission worksheets and ranking tables, and sales performance metrics including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting • Realizing & analyzing of credit limit to dealer on average sale • Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date • Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions • Ensures all sales reports and financial statements are accurate prior to distribution • Ensure accounts receivable and revenue transactions are recorded accurately and timely
