Job Description

Coordinate production workflow for Inbound, Refill, Day/Emergency and orders Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Plan Daily, Medium and Long term operations – analyze large volumes of complex data and perform root cause analysis Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines Develop, standardize, implement, and improve analysis tools Daily: Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations, define the quantity of trailers required Medium/Long: Determine manpower, equipment, infrastructure required Coordinate with Managers in planning and implementing operational changes required to meet short, medium and long term production needs Schedule shift according to production needs Communicate daily production status as well as any known upcoming production deviations to all required stakeholders Define production calendar, taking in consideration GTO, SML and HR demands Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption Prepare and submit status and performance reports Ensure employees are following their respective in the S&OP meeting Lead the organization as an inspirational leader, engage and motivate teams through challenging targets.

Requirements

- At least Bachelor degree in related area preferably Industrial Engineering - At least 3 years’ experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas: • Supply Chain Planning • Scheduling -Analytical thinking -Being pro active -Problem solving skills -Able to work in autonomy and when needed cross functionally -Good team player -Excel skills for planning (Formulating) and relates software -Ideal Age: Maximum 35
