Job Description

• Monitoring daily production reports and tracking inconsistencies • Finalizing and verifying the estimation of time, human resources, and required items to produce products • Documentation Control Set by Operators • Directing all production activities in order to achieve the goals of the organization • Supervising compliance with production standards • Monitoring the current production of short-lived products and presenting plans to reduce unplanned waste and stopping • Receiving customers' needs from the commercial unit and providing monthly and weekly schedules to deliver to production. • Predict customers' requests periodically and extract estimated production requirements • Estimation of resources (financial, human resources, time, and equipment) required for company development plans, including new products • Cooperation with the engineering department in the process of product realization, especially in the formulation of processes and production standards • Monitor the delivery status of the products according to the schedule • Supervision of product packaging
