Job Description

We are looking for an experienced product specialist who is passionate about working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment and work with cross-functional units to develop strategic ideas based on the current market to fulfill company’s vision and market requirements. You must be able to communicate with different units of the company. You will work with marketing communication to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, time-integrated plans, conducting market research, customer target and sales channels. Key responsibilities: • To determine customers’ needs by specifying research to obtain market information. • To assess bench marking aiming to compare company’s product pricing to existing competitors’ pricing. • To conduct product availability by working with sales managers of different sales units to develop product sales strategies. • To provide sales reports aiming for analyzing company’s sales unit evaluation. • To provide product turnover schedules and product availability by reviewing and adjusting product quantity levels. • To determine market research data aiming to anticipate sales volume of company’s different units. • To conduct a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill product gaps of different sales units. • To contribute team effort by accomplishing product related results as needed.

Requirements

• Proven working experience of +3 years in product field. • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicating skills. • Strong analytical project management skills. • Strong problem solving skills. • Confident personality to be able to guide other company members. • Strong team working capabilities and cooperative attitude. • Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, • Strong market knowledge in clothing industry. *Ideal Age Range: 23 - 36
