Job Description

The purpose of the job: The core activities of the P&CI Specialist are to support the following areas: 1) Controls Monitoring, 2) Process & Control Management and 3) Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). These activities are driving the continuous improvement, monitoring/testing, design and implementation of processes and controls. Main Responsibilities: - To monitor and test control effectiveness and drive the implementation of remediation actions. - To ensure business processes and controls are appropriately designed, constructed, implemented and maintained. - To drive a process improvement culture, drive process and control improvement and assist in realizing benefits.


- University degree in Economics, Finance, accounting, Engineering or Business Administration. - Experience in internal audit, process management, internal controls, compliance, and continuous process improvement - Experience in assessing process and information flows, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance - ERP knowledge will be considered an asset - Excellent language skills in English
