Main Purpose of the job: Provide support on Maintenance and Improvement (M & I) professional and technical in the Factory for operational activities and participation in improvement projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all M&I activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance, while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised. Main responsibilities: • Enable high performance Operations, by providing assets' Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy, using TPM/PM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle. • Support in Capital Investments projects in his Plant ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget. Responsibilities include: the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews. Must fully understand the technical details of the M&I solutions in all projects. • Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Ensure that the Change Management is in place to appropriately manage modifications in the M&I solutions. Ensure the application of the market and local M&I related legislation. • Maintenance engineers play a key role in the continuous improvement of our factories through mastering the process and product characteristics. The M & I engineer must have a deep insight of the processes, and continuously strive for the improvement of quality, safety or efficiency while protecting the technological know-how and competitive advantage. • Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level (i.e. NIMS, AMM, etc.). Ensures that all M&I installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality standards. Ensures that the key M&I documentation is up to date and in place (Calibration procedures, etc.). Participates in the M&I activities in the factory.
Key experiences: • Bachelor or Master in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering • Min 5-7 years’ experience in Engineering discipline, preferably in food related manufacturing Plant. • Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution. Skills: • High commitment to Safety with high understanding of safety and environmental principles. • Personal relations based on trust and mutual respect combined with an ability to communicate openly and frankly. • High level of English and Farsi proficiency both written and spoken. • Having problem solving mindset, team work spirit.
