Job Description
-Analyze inventory levels and product demands to determine reorder levels and safety stocks that will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs -Prepare producer reports -Develop and maintain Forecast, master schedule and procurement plan based on history, seasonality and sales opportunities -Review and update forecast, production schedules and material requirements -Coordinate and plan materials requirements for new products -Generates and implements ideas that improve indicators, in line with strategy department -Review material shortages, stock outages, and safety stock levels to meet production requirements and propose changes when needed -Assist in the resolution of MRP and planning discrepancies -Provides formal and informal reporting on plant inventory and manufacturing plan adherence
Requirements
-Master / Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering -At least 5 years of experience in all aspects industrial engineering or related fields -MS Office, Good understanding of PM-BOK standard for project management -Understanding of operational and planning process -Familiar to base oil and motor oil production -Being creative, highly precise and responsible -Familiar to inventory estimation planning -Communication skills -Fluent in English -Ideal Gender: Male
