Job Description

Responsibilities: Planning and control the scopes of projects in coordination with project managers of company, monitor all tasks assigned to project team and prepare periodical reports as committed to Executive/Project managers and client in order to achieve their satisfaction. Job Description/ Duties: 1) Ensure the availability of an accurate/updated/integrated schedule of Project activities, including sub 1 Contractor/Vendor and Company’s forecasts, WBS and Manpower assignment. 2) Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities. 3) Assist project managements by integrating and monitoring of their responsibilities. 4) To prepare WBS and Schedule for projects or contractive deliverables including resource planning & Control. 5) Developing and monitoring Stakeholder analysis & engagement in costs and cash flow monitoring. 6) Coordination and regulating various meetings such as project progress review meetings, quality circles, and the like 7) Work/ action plan & deadline monitoring, risk management. 8) Structure of documentation and reporting and good communication with DCC and client`s representative, 9) Monitor FAT & SAT, Test & Commissioning procedure and arrangement. 10) Follow up and push Project Hand-over& close out.

Requirements

Master / Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering • MS Office, Good understanding of PM-BOK standard for project management • Site experience and HSE courses are advantage. • Teamwork skills and leadership, risk & opportunity management, creativeness, customer and result oriented, aware of ISO 9001 requirements. • Technical Skills: master the planning software Primavera, MSP, Office & etc. • Language: Farsi, English
