Job Description

- Implement assessment centers based on organizational roles and policies - Preparation and formulation specific and general performance evaluation Criteria - Design and deployment of performance evaluation system - R & D on performance evaluation methods - Provide and analyze of Performance Evaluation Report for Personnel and Units

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree in HR, MBA, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Management - Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word - Highly motivated and Innovative - Active listening - Flexibility, honesty, ability to communicate at all levels, team working and time management - Ideal Age: 25-35
