Job Description

-Implement the payroll policies and make sure that the compensation system is properly running and it is in compliance with legal and labor law requirements -Managing the shift changes requests in different departments -Accountable for monthly payroll administration accuracy and preparing all related data for finance on time -Managing the payroll and administration team in operation -Make sure that all administration policies are fully implemented through the assigned team -Assist in preparing guidelines, structures and other similar reports for annual salary reviews -Supervising the implementation of different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive, bonus, KPI) for different departments in operation -Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data, such as compensation, extra packages, and presence and absenteeism rates -Analyze compensation and benefits trends, current programs, and legislation to assist with data for presenting recommendations -Monitoring reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning -Prepare and maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures and make sure they are all updated according to governmental rules and business needs -Managing all labor law cases with the legal team’s corporation for operation departments -Reporting to HR Business Partner in Operation (Direct) and Payroll Manager in HQ (Doted line)

Requirements

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Human Resources or a related field -Minimum 5 year experiences in administration and payroll. Having the managerial experiences and in industries are preferred -Having knowledge about PW KARA system is a plus -Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work under constant deadlines -Excellent people skills to interact with staff and colleagues -Computer Literacy (MS Office, Statistical Tools), Excellent analytical and data management skills -Age: 30-40 -Fluent in English
