Job Description
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and telephone calls. • Set up and scheduling and maintaining managerial meetings and event calendars. • Participate in all Meeting preparing the MOM. • Managing paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents • Travel bookings & applying for visas, tickets & hotels. Job Location: Andarzgou BLV Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 09:00 -17:00 Thursday 09:00 -14:00
Requirements
• At least Bachelor's degree • More than 2 years of experience in related position • Familiar with the administrative affairs • Strong Attention to Detail • Technical Skills, Including Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs • Great communication skills • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated. • Regular, accurate and timely in doing things • Gender Preference: Female • Ideal Age: 25-35.
