Job Description
- Contribute and cooperate in projects management - Assist management team to deploy company’s policies and standards - Supervise office operation - Manage and plan company’s logistics - Arranging and schedule meetings - Preparing letters, print, fax, emails and supervising company’s correspondence - Booking tickets, hotels, apply visa, work permits - Make purchase orders - Contribute to bookkeeping and accounting - Conduct company’s assignments in office or outside - Participate in company’s meetings and events where necessary
Requirements
- have excellent English Language proficiency - have at least 2 years work experience - Be resident in Tehran - have ability to simultaneously perform as an individual and together (Team work skill) - Have great communication skills - Be a fast learner with positive attitudes - have excellent computer skills - Can join our company in 2 weeks from date of job offer - Be organized and be able to work under pressure
