Job Description

- Handling letters and correspondence in Persian and Basic English. - Answering Phone Calls (Local & International) - Sending and Receiving Faxes - Submitting Proposals in Tenders - Filing and logging documents - Responding to email inquiries - Communicate & coordinating with customers - Assisting the management in other tasks and activities - Coordinating meetings and appointments, recording office cost - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Work Location (Office) is on Marzdaran Blvd. - Tehran


- Having at least 2 year experience as secretary or administrator - Good Communication, Organizational and Written Skills (Persian/English) - Honesty and personal maturity- Intelligence - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook) and Internet browsing. - Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi - High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning - Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work - Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations - Flexibility to work to the demands of the role - Located in West of Tehran (preferred)
