-Plan to develop and control med reps team -Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sale efforts -Achieving company’s targets -Finding solutions to meet targets -Develop a highly motivated and well performing med reps team -Tracking med reps daily performance and reports -Monitor all activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods -Joint visit with Med Reps -KOLs visit and manage them -Managing contact list -Preparing weekly and monthly reports to scientific manager -Preparing weekly, monthly and annual plan of the team
