Job Description

As a Marketing Lead for our Ride Sharing product LINE, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new passengers as well are driving engagement amongst our current passenger community. The ideal candidate will drive strategic segmentation of our passengers and consistently develop, implement and measure new targeted campaigns for each group to drive growth. The role requires a marketing mindset that drives creativity, analytical skills, and business judgment. You’ll play a key role in product launches, planning and executing marketing initiatives, and working across organization at all stages. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Increase passenger engagement by strategic segmentation of our passenger and consistently developing, implementing, and measuring new targeted campaigns for each group • Lead passenger funnel - adoption, usage and churn by designing & executing 360* campaigns - PR, Social Media, ATL/BTL, etc. • Be the voice of the passenger to the internal organization and ensure the best passenger experience throughout the ride • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Product, Support & Engineering etc. to support ongoing product adoption & go-to-market launches • Partner with marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives of our product • Develop market strategies to increase market presence & penetration by understanding competition & segmenting customers
