Job Description

-Supervise all Marketing affairs -Track the performance of the team (marketing and sales) -Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback -Communicate closely with all departments -Work closely with the marketing team to develop, social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals -Optimization of digital marketing efforts , influence marketing and reporting -Develop,manage and track timelines for day-to-day delivery of work -Provide marketing reports ( Monitor , analyze and forecast marketing initiatives every month and quarter) and Annual Budgeting - Develop and improve the marketing system and reduce the risk of claims -Monitoring trends and outcomes -Interview and participate in the selection of the team applicants -Participate in trade fairs and other relevant events -According to the already defined strategy, set annual targets,and define the quarterly and monthly targets and objectives

Requirements

-Master’s Degree in Management (Preferably in Marketing) -Domination of creative and critical thinking skills -Analytical approach to work Mastery of technical marketing team structures -Problem solving ability -Time management -Advanced in MS Office (Especially Excel and Power point) -Strong communication skills and hard worker -Statistical analysis and planning in the field of marketing -Multiple managerial skills -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 35 -Advanced in English
