Job Description

-Supervise all Marketing affairs -Prepare marketing reports -Track the performance of the team -Supervise and control costs -Manage and track emails -Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback -Communicate closely with all departments -Provide marketing reports and Annual Budgeting -Develop and improve the marketing system and reduce the risk of collecting claims -Compilation and analysis of annual goals by implementing marketing strategies and monitoring trends and outcomes -Interview and participate in the selection of the team applicants -Monitor, analyze and forecast marketing initiatives every month and quarter -Participate in trade fairs and other relevant events -According to the already defined strategy, set annual targets, and define the quarterly and monthly targets and objectives -Review achievements vs. target and define the area of focus for each quarter for the marketing team -Holistic supervision of the marketing and communication activities of all Vista Best business units
