Job Description

- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing plan, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. - Formulate, manage, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services. - Participate in preparing pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. - Use sales forecasting to ensure the sale and profitability of products, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. - Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with advertisers, and sales agents, to market products or services. - Participate in design and production of multimedia campaigns, handling budgeting and scheduling, and assisting with such responsibilities as production coordination, background design, and progress tracking. - Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings. - Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services.

Requirements

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field - Proven experience in developing strategic and operational marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization). - Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns. - Experience in digital marketing / social media campaigns and promoting websites and sales portals is a plus - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
