Job Description

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish. • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics • Applying new tools for marketing and attention to digital marketing. • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics • Organizing events and product exhibitions and developing public relations strategy. • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system • Monitoring KPIs for Digital marketing and other campaigns and support to improve it • Strong collaboration with sales department • Track product life cycles and gather feedback of customer insights into design development • Track competitors in local and global markets in order to maintain leading and differentiation positioning • Manage trade and retail marketing and merchandising and shelf planogram systems

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing • MSc/BA in management/business/Marketing or related fields • Proven experience in FMCG market • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience marketing plans and campaigns • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Knowledge about Marketing, Branding and Digital Marketing concepts • Metrics-driven marketing mind • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools • Proficiency with digital marketing and social media strategy • Ability to travel • IT skills and MS-Office and professional reporting • English Language Skills • Ideal Age Range: 32 - 40
