Requirements
• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in brand development and consumer marketing initiatives.
• A passion for consumers and consumer experiences, able to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform brand strategy, product innovation and customer experience.
• Ability to independently think strategically about business and product opportunities, develop and effectively align stakeholders on overall brand and business plan.
• Experience in brand marketing with a mix of digital, traditional offline and BTL experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
• A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and resourcefulness is a must.
• Proficiency in English and Farsi
