- Determining market size and market share
- Analyzing competitors and comparing them to our company (product, price, place, promotions to agent as well as packaging)
- Determining the customer needs through market research
- Information gathering from environment and bench marking of useful 4Ps
- Investigation for sales staff and agents' validation
- Providing branding and advertisement plan (monthly, seasonally and annually)
- Advertisement cost estimation and evaluation of its efficacy in regard to the situation of the company and its industry
- Providing advertisement budget, time table and following its implementation
- Following events and suggesting advertisement opportunities
- Help in determining sales' KPIs, their calculation and report (daily, weekly, monthly and long term)
- Cooperation in creating sales experts training system and its implementation
- Making connection with agents to evaluate end user satisfaction, promotions and success of agents' incentive programs
- Gathering information and report end user and agents feed back
