Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data in the Elevator & Escalator Market Presents findings to managers to help guide the direction and activities of the company Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, social media, presentations and promotional materials Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the customers Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel for each campaign Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedbacks Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts Reports findings and results to upper management and executives Arrangement for company events and exhibitions and announcement to the clients and the public Preparation and arrangement for required materials for the company events

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field from a prestigious university Proficient in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading and listening skills) The ability to perform market research and investigation and preparation of the related reports Acquaintance with Elevator Escalator market would be a plus Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position Advanced computer skills in MS-Office, Graphical software, Social Media etc. Age range: between 25 to 32 The ability to create digital content in the related fields and manage the company social media Creativity, Innovative, Independent, Self-Starter, Adaptability Knowledge of Social Media and Marketing Strategies Research, Critical Thinking, and Analysis Skills Public Speaking, Writing, Interpersonal Communication, Attention to Detail and Multi-Tasked
