Job Description

- Analyzing and valuing companies for the clients, - Advising clients on listing procedures and preparing required regulatory filings for the clients. Moreover this position includes tasks like negotiating with clients, building relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with current strategic clients. - Consolidate and analyze financial data, prepare feasibility studies for the projects, develop financial models, be familiar with listing procedures and guidelines, and prepare reports according to structure of international reporting standards. - Additionally financial planning, budgeting and corporate restructuring is a part of this position.

Requirements

- All branches of public relations and economics management - Knowledge of Irans capital market, (Knowledge of Islamic Bond is a plus), - Expert and Master in Marketing in the field of Finance and Banking - Decision making and problem solving skills, - Multitasking, flexibility and reliability, - Ability to work under pressure, - Ability to handle difficult people and situations.
