Supervise production of best quality tobacco seeds, its proper preservation and availability in abundance for use in respective season with contingency stock sufficient enough to supply for growing two consecutive crops. The whole process requires intensive care & close supervision.
Execute the company's Leaf Operations plan consistently addressing the extension, volume & quality objectives.
Maintain the procedure for Registration to farmers and ensure timely distribution/realization of the crop inputs & implementation of different farmers’ support programs.
- The incumbent should be graduate (preferably in Agronomy/Botany/Forestry/Soils Science) with:
- Sound knowledge on Agronomy, Integrated Crop Management & Soil fertility Management
- Good Interpersonal/ communication skill.
