• Develop, formulate and implement with the local general manager long and short-range plans, policies and programs for the Foodservice Accounts in the frame of the Group policy, in collaboration with the BU-teams to achieve common objectives. • Ensure the development of the commercial activities with the Foodservice accounts • Ensure that strategic product lines of the Group are well represented in each account and that agreed market share goals are achieved • Pricing strategy, assistance to build consistent local pricing in accordance with international Group standards • Monitor results on a monthly basis and take personal action to correct if a deviation would occur compared to budget; to save accomplishment of foreseen objectives.. • Develop information process and maintain awareness and judgment in areas such as market conditions, competitive activities, customer’s product and service needs • Actively inform and exchange account information across the organization • Be an active member of the international Foodservice Key account manager’s network by exchanging information and by applying international knowledge to local markets. • Be an active member in exchange of information with the Foodservice accounts managers.
