•Main Objective: The Professional Product Division of L’Oreal in Zarsima Ara is looking for high talented fresh graduate and junior business Analyst to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. •Main responsibilities: -Perform Business/Data Analysis - Gather, prepare, maintain and analyze raw data from sales, marketing and warehouse department. -Perform Financial Analysis- must conduct financial analysis to determine present and future performance. Gather, prepare, maintain and analyze financial raw data. -Preparing analytical reports such as Budget report, Sales Reports, Customer Sales Reports -Preparing some standardized reports in a daily/weekly/monthly basis -Create Budgets- evaluate previous budgets, expenditure, and operational efficiency together with results of overall financial analysis in order to develop and implement future budgets. -Monitoring business KPIs and report to Division Director -Evaluating sales team based on the different KPIs. -Providing different managerial dashboards. -Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:15 a.m. - 17:30 p.m
