Job Description

-Oversee the full sets of accounts for AGIP Iran office -Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, reconciliation and follow up payment for Mr. Chairman required Offices -Preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger and preparing monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to the company -Treasury management and Credit Control management -Prepare, control and book all the financial transactions and accounting and treasure documents and invoices -Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with all local statutory requirements -Liaise with auditors, tax agent, banker and corporate secretary when required -Responsible for the control of specific account reconciliations assigned -Registering collection for Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual property on daily and monthly bases -Resolving Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property accounting discrepancies with the coordination with the senior accountant -Monitoring and reviewing advanced payments of services offered to clients -Assisting with the preparation of the annual year budgets of Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property Company -Sending semi- monthly and monthly statements for clients to arrange payments and obtain clear commitments after being revised from the direct supervisor -Categorizing and organizing the related files and documents according to the procedures -Performing any other duties assigned by AGIP Iran office manager

Requirements

-Degree in Accounting or equivalent -Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience -Proficient with Iranian tax and local statutory requirements -Meticulous in numbers and documentation, proficiency with spreadsheet ability to work in a cross-functional, cross-geographic, fast-paced environment -Good team player with excellent communication skills -Proficient communication in English is a must -Ideal Age Range: 22 - 40
