Job Description
• Troubleshoot all IT issues of users including, software, hardware and etc. • Manage IT assets in the region and ensure accuracy of IT assets management • Act as project manager to cooperate with internal and external teams to plan, design, develop and implement IT projects in the region • Planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Requirements
• BS/MS in computer field. • Interact with other IT engineers, team working skills, project management • Possessing in-depth knowledge on network, endpoint, threat intelligence, forensics and malware reverse engineering, as well as the functioning of specific applications or underlying IT infrastructure • Familiar with different Software ( System Group : Hamkaran & Rahkaran ) • Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange • Minimum 5 Years Practical & Relevant Experiences • High Talent of Teamwork, Well Organized, Good Relationship with client and Sources • Experience Building Strong Relationships Internally and Externally. • Team Leadership Experience or Experience Working within a Team.
