Job Description
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware. • Managing user accounts, permissions, email and Anti-virus. • Maintain daily performance of computer systems. • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software. • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. • Resolve technical problems LAN, WAN, and other systems. • Install computer peripherals for users. • Follow up with clients to ensure issue has been resolved. • Have a good knowledge and enough experience to face unknown issues and resolve them. • Managing all system back-up and restore systems.
Requirements
• Work Experience: At least three years experience • BSc in Computer Engineering or IT • Microsoft MCITP/MCSE • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and services • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill • Self-motivated and highly enthusiastic about new technologies and solutions • Very good problem solving skills
