Job Description
-Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations, keeping abreast of recent changes -Providing guidance to the board of directors, senior management, staff, and employees on compliance -Control and processing of financial documents -Ensures the company complies with internal regulations -Objectively review an organization's business processes -Monitoring the implementation of the compliance program -Developing policies and programs that encourage managers and employees to report suspected fraud and other improprieties -Reporting on a regular basis on the progress of implementation, and assisting these components in establishing methods to improve efficiency and quality of services, and to reduce the vulnerability to fraud and abuse -Periodically revising the program in light of changes in the needs of the organization, and in the law and policies and procedures of government -Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes -Assessing how well risk management processes are working -Examines documentation, including reports, statements and records -Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments
Requirements
-Master / Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance -Minimum 4 years Experience -Leadership and analysis skills -Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products -Apparel industry background is preferred -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 32 -Good command in English
