Job Description
Responsible for all operation and coordination of Incoming tours such as: - All correspondence between our company and our partners in Austria and Germany - Issuing Visa and travel Insurance - Hotels booking - Following up permissions and certificates for tour operation - Prepare and handle all necessary documentations. - Translation all text and contents for our web site and social medias - Writing Itineraries
Requirements
- University degree: Bachelor/ Master in German language - Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel agency and tourism industry - Advance knowledge of German Language (writing and speaking) - Good ability of translation (German/Farsi/ German) - Interested in Travel and tourism industry. - Familiar to tour operation, such as Hotel booking, tickets and etc…. - Advance knowledge of Microsoft office software and social networks applications. - Interested in writing contents for Web site and Instagram - English and French language knowledge are advantage. - Smart ,self-organized and motivated. - Ability to work under work pressure and deadlines.
