Job Description

- Granting all stages of recruitment from A to Z - Interviews with staff for descriptive analysis - Assist in the development and management of programs, procedures and guidelines for helping and matching workforce with strategic goals of the company - Communicate with human resources such as newspapers, websites, to strengthen recruiting resources - Managing the process of recruiting and selecting professional staff, job appraisal, personnel training - Design of selection process, utility program and organizational chart, - Design of functional systems and management of communications and employee relations - Completely familiar with administrative affairs, automation, salary and salary policies of employees, compensation conditions - Organizational communication skills, decision making, budgeting, training and development skills - Issues of employee relationships, such as allegations of harassment, labor complaints or other employee concerns. - Dominate the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran - Work and planning to maintain human resources - Implementation of approved operational programs and submission of regular reports to management - Serve as a relationship between management and staff by dealing with questions, interpreting and managing contracts, and helping to solve work-related problems. - Planning and implementing strategic human resource plans

Requirements

- Having creativity in maintaining valuable personnel - Master Degree in related fields - Multi-functionality and pressure management - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with different types of people at different levels - At least 5 years of experience in human resource management
