Job Description

-Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program on candidate selection -Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities -Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns -Efforts and plans to maintain human resources -Performance evaluation system -Implement approved operational plans and provide regular reports to the management -Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems -Planning and implementing human resource strategic plans -Having creativity in keeping valuable personnel -Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. 17:00 p.m. / Thursday 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m.
