Job Description

-Fluent in Human resources management process -Recruiting and staffing -Performance management and improvement systems -Compensation and benefits administration -Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies -Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health -Create and execute learning strategies and programs -Evaluate individual and organizational development needs -Analyze training needs to design employee development -Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. -Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits -Top talent managing, Analysis and design of work, Employee Engagement, Organization Design, HR strategic Planning, Risk Management, Resourcing and Talent Planning -Reporting to: CEO Working hours: Saturday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 16:00 p.m. Travel requirements: between Tehran & Qazvin

Requirements

-BS, MS in human resource management -Previous experience: With more than five years related experiences -Good knowledge of labor laws and social security -Good knowledge of related software -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office -Having ability in employment, insurance, work laws -High management ability -Gender Preference: Men
