Job Description
-Being responsible for all HR functions (Talent acquisition, Employee relations, Career and Performance Management -Learning and Development, Budget, Total rewards, Payroll and Personnel - administrative affairs) -Implementing and developing HR and Admin strategies, procedures and practices being in line with HQ -Monitoring of all HR function in alignment with the local labor law -Managing the business plan for HR related issues (budgeting, reporting) -Working effectively with all employees of organization -Managing Administration department and all the facilities in the head office and factory
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related departments and post / graduate studies in Human Resources is a must -Minimum 15 years of experience in Human resources field -Effective project management and presentation skills, ability to work in a matrix organization -Ability to multitask and handle pressure -Good team building and managing skills -Good communications skills -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal age Range: 40 - 45
