Job Description

-Manage employment contracts of over 1,400 employees all over Iran -Develop a close professional working relationship with all key operators and Poober internal teams to understand HR needs and develop business management strategy -Coach and support subsidiary managers and team to develop their capability in dealing with their people objectives for employment and official Iranian Labor office support -Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements -Manage the overall effective running of the HR department -Ensure that Poober management are aware of any changes to relevant legislation -Manage the changes within policy that are effected by that change and to ensure the changes are implemented throughout Iran -Participate in creating and drive an informed retention strategy producing necessary information for Management to analyze their own people performance -Ensure that the interests of Poober J.P.S Company are represented in a professional manner at all times -Lead by example at all times in respect of the Company values, ensuring HR processes are effective in the articulation of these values and creating the culture of the organization, implementing any changes where necessary -Negotiate settlement agreements, evaluating commercial viability for individual cases and the risks involved. Achieve suitable outcomes to meet the needs of the business -Oversee the exit interview processes, ensuring that exit interviews are processed and the results are monitored and analyzed. Review process and make recommendations where appropriate -Ensure that the interests of Poober J.P.S Company are represented in a professional manner at all time


-Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management -Be able to lead a multifunctional and multi-regional team -Strong leadership skills to work with matrix organization and a large team -Very good knowledge of Social Security and labor laws -Full knowledge of all the regulations of the Iranian Labor office -Ideal Age Range: 40 - 50
