Job Description

Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary. Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales. Participate in training processes (needs analysis, implement training, keep records, retrain). Improving and executing socialization process for new hires. Developing employee’s satisfaction and engagement programs. Collaborate on recruitment processes such as resume research and coordination of interviewing sessions.

Requirements

• Master degree in Human Resources Management with bachelor degree in management or Industrial Engineering. • 2 years of relevant professional experience specially in FMCG industry. • Familiarity with job evaluation, job description, performance management, team effectiveness, talent management, Assessment tools and best practices and frameworks • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word • Ideal Age Range: 25 – 30
