• Master degree in Human Resources Management with bachelor degree in management or Industrial Engineering. • 2 years of relevant professional experience specially in FMCG industry. • Familiarity with job evaluation, job description, performance management, team effectiveness, talent management, Assessment tools and best practices and frameworks • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word • Ideal Age Range: 25 – 30
