Job Description
-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
-Recruiting staff; this will include creating job descriptions and person specifications, checking applications, shortlisting and interviewing, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
-Analyze wage and salary reports; create a comprehensive and competitive compensation program that is industry specific and aligns with organizational objectives.
-Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
-Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, training & development and benefits administration.
-Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
-Coordinates all Human Resources training programs
-Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
-Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
-Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
-Identifying an organization’s staff training needs and overseeing succession planning in an organization.
