Job Description

-Perform activities in recruitment area including needed job vacancy registration, screen resume, interview and selection of candidates -Needed number of new employees determining -Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to new and current employees -Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves -Analyses recruitment needs by studying organization plans and objectives -Assist in all human resources process such as performance evaluation and conflict solution -Providing and updating HR data base

Requirements

-Bachelor or Master's Degree in human resources or management is preferable -Minimum 2 years of experience -Self-motivated and willing to take initiative -High flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Proficient in MS office especially in Excel -Knowledge and Skills: Staffing, Recruitment Marketing, Interviewing and other Selection Testing, Design and implementation process -Familiar with training procedure -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 32
