Objective of the role: To establish HR policies/basis in the company and Maintain it by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR programs/practices.
List of responsibilities:
1) To create, implement HR policies/regulations which are mandatory for every employee
2) To build job description for different layers of company
3) To evaluate training needs and build a robust training programs.
4) To contribute effectively in creation of appraisal system within company.
Reporting to: MD, DMD.
Subordinates: No Subordinate.
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday (8:30-17:30), Thursdays half a day.
Travel requirements: Once a week to the plant across Tehran.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: 2.5 MIRR/Month as Net.
University Qualifications: BA in human resources management, business administration or a related field.
Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 5 years experience is mandatory
Specialist knowledge: Familiarity with Wood & MDF industry is an advantage .
Soft Skills and Personality traits: good organization & communications skills, multi-task, keeping confidentiality rules, adaptability to different working condition.
